Pinball Publishing Blind Embossed Card

Rachel from Benign Objects, whose lovely self-mailers I featured earlier this week, gave me a heads up about these gorgeous blind embossed cards (thanks, Rachel!), made for Duchess Clothier by Pinball Publishing, whose blog, CoinOp, is truly a feast for the eyes. But those cards — the detail, the texture — well, I may actually have to describe it as delectable. I only wish that I could reach through the screen and have the tactile experience that one can only get in person with letterpressed and embossed cards. Just thinking about it makes me swoon.

USPS Love Stamps

By now, most of you have probably seen the latest USPS “love” stamp designs. There’s been a lot of love stamp lovin’ going on over the past few weeks, and you can totally count me in. The illustratons, the color palette, well, they’re awesome!

Erin Vale Love Stamp Freebies

Inspired by the new stamp designs, Erin from Vale Design took it to the next level when she created these oh so pretty flat cards and address labels, which you can download here. I was so inspired by Erin’s creativity that I decided to create some stamp inspired freebies, as well:

Paper Crave Love Stamp Freebies

Included are two patterned paper designs that you can use as gift wrap, for scrapbooking projects, and I think that they’d be neat as envelope liners, too. I’ve also made four oversized gift tags that can be used as place cards or mini notes. I hope you enjoy, and thank you so much to Erin (and Derry Noyes and Jeanne Greco, the original creators of the stamps) for the inspiration!

Benign Objects Printable Self Mailers

Benign Objects Self Mailers

When I was introduced to these pretty printable “Perch” self-mailers by Benign Objects, I instantly felt a wave of nostalgia wash over me. I used to use self-mailers all of the time to write to my various pen pals, and I had quite the cute collection. I hope that we’re seeing the start of a new self-mailer trend, because I still have a soft spot for them. And, if they’re all as pretty and colorful as these printable mailers, then I may just have to start a new collection!

Tallu-lah Cards

I’m really enjoying the line from a new to me letterpress shop called Tallu-lah Cards. The line was started by Danielle Spinetta-Piche and originally focused on cards for your wedding day, but since launching the line Danielle has expanded to include letterpressed greeting cards for all sorts of occasions.

Tallu-lah Cards

I’m loving the classic illustrative and calligraphic elements, and Tallu-lah’s line of cards for your wedding day includes greeting cards for ring bearers, mothers-in-law, bridesmaids, grandparents, flower girls, and ushers.

You can purchase selections from the line at Tallu-lah’s Etsy shop.
