I used two of my current ink favorites, Hero Arts’ Neon Pink and Tsukineko’s Delicata Golden Glitz (the shimmeriest, most awesomest gold!), for my latest Craftsy project, a bright and fun “congrats” card that features a dotty, offset stamped background.
