Round Robin Press Plantable Cards

Shannon Lowry’s pretty letterpress cards not only feature whimsical, modern bird illustrations, but they’re made with plantable handmade paper embedded with wildflower seeds. So, when you give a card from Round Robin Press, you’re giving an eco friendly greeting and the gift of something to grow. – via 2Modern

Paisley Dog Press Letterpress Note Cards

I’m really enjoying these letterpress note card sets from Paisley Dog Press. I love the sweet background patterns that match the foreground illustrations — honeycomb for the bee, carrots for the bunny, and acorns for the squirrel — and orange, yellow, and gray are such hot colors right now! $16.50 for a set of six of a single design at Paisley Dog’s shop.

Paper Around The Web, Friday Edition

Jessica Hische

So many paper cravings building up that I have to give some linky love:

* Limited edition owl, wren, and partridge gocco prints from UK based printmaker Dee Beale – via Bloesem

* How to move a press, Egyptian style, by Paper Stories at The Handmade Artist

* Lovely and inexpensive gift wrapping ideas (love the paint swatch idea!) from d.sharp at Apartment Therapy – found via marshmallow fever

* Clever packing tape transfers from Molly Likes to Draw – via Craft

* Printable mini file folders from Whisker Graphics – via How About Orange

* Beautiful handmade journals and kits by Erin Zamrzlavia Rag & Bone

Have a great weekend, everyone!
