Sarah Bridgland

Sarah Bridgland Paper Artist

Paper artist Sarah Bridgland’s Flickr caught my attention the other day, and I’ve been swooning over her awesome paper collage work for the past few days. How totally fantastic is that wreath?! I just love her use of vintage ephemera to build the pieces, and all of the tiny details mean that you can look at a piece a dozen times and see something new each time. See Sarah’s full Flickr stream here — it includes in-process images and images from her studio, too — and view her portfolio here.

A little more eye candy:

Pearl & Marmalade

Pearl & Marmalade

How have I not featured the Pearl & Marmalade line before now? Bad, Kristen! Their gorgeous letterpress cards and prints feature pretty illustrations with a touch of whimsy, and I’m loving all of the items that I’ve chosen to feature today because the beautiful, muted colors just scream autumn … to me, at least.

You can see all of the paper lovelies that Pearl & Marmalade has for sale at their Etsy shop, and here’s a little more eye candy to get you warmed up:

Masha D’Yans

Masha D'Yans Greeting Cards

I am completely taken with the work of Masha D’Yans, who has a line of occasional greeting cards featuring her wonderfully evocative and intricate watercolor paintings. Masha draws inspiration for her colorful, whimsical painting style from nature, fashion design, calligraphy, Japanese art, and fairy tales from her native country, Russia. Every card is a little work of art and really gets my imagination going.

Though Masha doesn’t have a shop on her site, her cards can be found in upscale stores such as Barneys NY, Louis Boston, and Neiman Marcus. You can also find select designs online at Jack Cards and GreetQ.
