American Crafts Dear Lizzy Collection

Cute little dresses, honeybees, musical notes, bunting, sweet cherries, and doily patterns — the Dear Lizzy collection by Elizabeth Kartchner for American Crafts has a little bit of everything fun and girly. The collection was inspired by “nature and simple childhood play”, and I’m loving the muted rainbow palette and the sweet patterned papers. When I spot a new to me scrapbook collection, I usually have a standout favorite pattern, but with this one I can’t decide because there are just so many cute ones! What’s your favorite?

Old School Stationers Camping Circa 1960’s Collection

Old School Stationers Letterpress

Old School Stationers knows how to make a bold statement with color, and I’m really digging the retro vibe in their Camping Circa 1960’s collection. The 4 color letterpress cards and prints feature a palette of muted mustard, seafoam, orange, and brown with hand drawn illustrations of camping scenes (love that slick VW bus).

I’m coveting an obscene number of posters and prints from the oh so awesome Invisible Creature shop. Below is just a smattering of my favorites, and I’ve discovered that they’re having a spring blowout sale right now — many of their posters are available for a limited time for only $8-10 each — so now is the time to start stocking up!

Weekly Wrap #12 : Soft Cover

Weekly Wrap

Weekly Wrap

Martha Stewart and her peeps have no shortage of creative gift wrapping ideas, and this week I’m completely enamored with these pretty fabric envelopes. The original project talks specifically about using them as wrap for CDs, but you could change the shape a little to make a luxurious gift card envelope, or go even larger or smaller for a variety of different gifts. Use your favorite fabric or a piece of felt with ribbon, twine, or string for a completely custom look.
