Weekly Wrap #106 : Candy Heart Tags

This is such a sweet idea, no pun intended. Claire from fellowfellow created these awesome “candy hearts” tags as a do-it-yourself project for Fossil, and the polymer clay sweets look just like the real thing. The tags are such a fun compliment to handmade arrow and dot kraft gift wrap that’s tied with red and white ribbon and twine. – via pin

Though this isn’t gift wrap related, I have to say that I think these little hearts would make great refrigerator magnets, too! Just glue a heavier duty craft store magnet onto the back with strong glue, and you’re good to go.

Free Printable Mini Valentines

I’ve been itching to use one of my favorite new fonts, Anodyne, for a project. And since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I designed a set of mini valentines (2.5″ x 3.5″ when folded) using the slightly weathered and very cool font, along with another favorite, Liebe Erika. The four valentine designs feature simple sentiments in shades of pink, red, and purple, and you can download them right here (1.6 Mb PDF file).
