Claire from fellowfellow created these awesome “candy hearts” tags as a do-it-yourself project for Fossil, and the polymer clay sweets look just like the real thing. Though this isn’t gift wrap related, I have to say that I think these little hearts would make great refrigerator magnets, too! Just glue a heavier duty craft store magnet onto the back with strong glue, and you’re good to go.
