Stationery Show 2011 Sneak Peek : Pie Bird Press

Pie Bird Press paper goods are always so colorful and fun, and I’m stoked about the new goodies that they’ll be debuting at the National Stationery Show. In addition to cards, this year they’ll be venturing into the world of home goods and accessories with screenprinted pencil cases, tea towels, and totes, and they’ll also be revealing new journal and notebook designs embellished with their bold, colorful illustrations. Here’s a little sneaky peek at some of the new goodies that you’ll find in the Pie Bird Press booth (booth #1553):

Stationery Show 2011 Sneak Peek : Wildhorse Press

I have a case of the sads because I won’t be able to make it to this year’s National Stationery Show, but I’ll be celebrating the occasion in my own way over the next couple of weeks by sharing sneak peeks of some of the awesome paper goodies that will be making their debut at the show.

Wildhorse Press Letterpress Cards

Wildhorse Press will be making their show debut this year in the lovely Ladies of Letterpress booths (booth# 2362, 2364, 2366, 2368), and their work is already making a splash in the stationery community; Wildhorse’s “Teepee Moving Postcard Set” has been selected as a finalist in the Best New Product competition in the Paper Style category at the show, and “Tooth Fairy Mail” has is also a finalist in the Lifestyle category. This new collection of letterpress cards and prints is so colorful and unique, and I’m looking forward to their online shop launch in June.

Printable Mother’s Day Set from JHill Design

Printable Mother's Day Card

Unfortunately, I think that most of us said or did some regrettable things to our mothers when we were younger. I’d like to think that I wasn’t too bad, but I did have a bit of a rebellious phase in my teenage years, and I’m sure that I was not as nice as I could’ve been to my mom during those times. I’m feeling guilty just thinking about it. Sorry, mom!

Jennifer Hill became a mom to cute little Charley three months ago (congratulations, Jennifer!), and during the past three months she’s found out just how HARD it is to be a mom (middle of the night baby screams, anyone?). As a result of this realization, she was inspired to create this Mother’s Day card/apology so all of us can assuage at least a little of our “mom guilt”. The set, which includes both a printable card and an e-card for any procrastinators out there, is available for free to anyone who joins the JHill mailing list, or for just $2.00 if you purchase from the shop.
