New Website from Snow & Graham

Snow & Graham recently launched a lovely new website design to showcase their equally lovely work. No surprise that I found several new paper cravings as I was perusing the new site. Hey, it looks like they’ll have three different calendars for 2009! Some of the Snow & Graham pretties:

Eco Friendly Paper : Smock

I’m loving, well, just about everything from Syracuse, New York based letterpress studio Smock. They create a little bit of everything, including ultra elegant custom wedding invitations, thank you notes, party invitations, and gift wrap. Their work is a mix of lovely, subdued color and sophisticated graphics:

Smock is the first print shop in the U.S. to offer printing on luxury bamboo paper, a soft, thick, and elegantly textured paper made from bamboo, of course, which is a highly sustainable and renewable resource. Read more about Smock’s dedication to bamboo here.

Eco Friendly Paper : Sarah Marie Designs

I’m really enjoying these letterpressed cards and gift wrap from Manhattan based graphic design studio, Sarah Marie Designs. Love the bold patterns and bright colors!

Sarah Marie Designs is an eco friendly company and prints their cards on 100% cotton paper using soy-based inks. The gift wrap is also printed with an FSC-certified printer, on 30% post-consumer recycled paper.

Eco Friendly Paper : PS Green Choices Gift Wrap

I’m loving this “paper bag” gift wrap from Paper Source. The retro modern designs, in a pretty and earthy palette of chocolate brown, red, black, and white, would be perfect for gifts, book and journal covers, or for your ever growing collection of paper pretties. $3.00 per sheet.

The gift wrap is part of Paper Source’s PS Green Choices collection and is printed on their Paper Bag, 100% recycled, 30% post consumer waste, paper. It is both archival and acid free. The white flourish design (lower left) is printed on 100% recycled kraft paper with 80% post consumer waste. It is the only design that is not acid free.

Eco Friendly Paper : Treeo Design

Treeo Design is an environmentally friendly, upstate New York based shop that specializes in fun, modern gift wrap and gift boxes (it looks like they also have wallpaper and fabric designs on the way).

All of the paper that Treeo uses in their products is FSC Certified, which means that no trees were unnecessarily harmed during the printing of their products. They also use vegetable based inks to print their designs.
