Canning Party Printables

Canning Party Printables

I’m so excited to finally be able to share with you these free canning party printables that I’ve been working on for Cottage Industrialist! I’ve been canning for a couple of years now, and I can’t believe that I didn’t start sooner. Homemade strawberry jam all year long? Yes, please!

In addition to the mason jar-themed printables, which include canning party invitations, envelope liners, recipe cards, jar labels and tags, you can find plenty of resources for getting set up to have your own canning party in my guest post over at Cottage Industrialist. Check it out!

These can be used for so many other things than just a canning party. I envision “come over and catch fireflies”. Simply add some yellow dots inside and invite the little ones over!

    Great idea, Kathleen!

Cameron – It was my pleasure! I hope the printables inspire people to throw canning parties. Canning is cool!

Sarah – do you mean the link in my post, or the file download links at Cottage Industrialist? I just clicked through the links in the post and checked by clicking on a couple of the files at Cottage Industrialist and didn’t have any problems. Maybe there was a hiccup somewhere earlier?

We just saw a very clever use of these as invites and labels for a Soup Swap hosted by Lindsay @http://lovepeoplelikethings.wordpress.com/2010/10/24/soup-swap/.

We just love them for those jars of frozen soup! Lovely! We dropped a link on the Soup Swap FB page and plan on including a link to these in a post we’re doing on tags, labels and clever containers next week.
