I’m a longtime admirer of Rag & Bone Bindery‘s albums and journals, and it was such a treat to be able to meet Jason and Ilira in person at the National Stationery Show this past May and to see all of their beautiful albums on display. I think it’s fantastic that Rag & Bone also offers custom calligraphy for any of their albums and journals. They work with calligrapher Maria Thomas, whose work is absolutely gorgeous, and you’re really only limited by your imagination with personalization options. One man had a personalized album made for his girlfriend based on the movie “Up”, and one bride had a photo album personalized with names and the date on the first page, followed by chapter pages with personalized titles like “getting ready”, “at the church”, “the ceremony”, etc. Baby albums, wedding albums, bar and bat mitzvahs, travel albums — so many possibilities.
