Eco Friendly Paper
Sweetbeets Letterpress Card

These letterpress cards from Ontario, Canada based Sweetbeets are super sweet and really get the nostalgia going. Give them as greetings at baby showers or children’s birthdays, or frame a series (the “numbers” cards would be perfect) as decorative accessories in a nursery or child’s room.

All of Sweetbeets’ lettepress cards are printed with vegetable based ink on 100% post consumer recycled cardstock and come with an envelope made of 30% post consumer recycled paper. $5.50 each at Sweetbeets’ Etsy shop.

Funnel Paper Goods Calling Cards

Funnel Paper Goods Calling Cards

I’m loving these customizable calling cards from Funnel Paper Goods. Hand these babies out to people, and you can be sure that, instead of shoving your card into an already crowded wallet or letting it languish at the bottom of an office drawer, they’ll place the cards in front of them and stare all day. Well, maybe not all day, but if they have any design sense they’ll definitely make sure that your card is in sight at all times.

Ms. Bliss and Laura Hooper Calligraphy

Laura Hooper Illustrated Wedding Maps

I know that more than a few of you out there are in the process of planning weddings. If so, or if you’ve already gone through it, you will undoubtedly identify with the future bride whose wedding adventure is chronicled in Ms. Bliss, a blog sponsored by stationer Crane & Co. about a bride-to-be who is planning her Adirondack wedding. She recently visited the National Stationery Show and has several pics from the event, and there’s much paper inspiration to be found in the blog.

While I was checking out Ms. Bliss, I discovered the wonderfully whimsical illustrated wedding maps (and other work) of calligrapher Laura Hooper. She also keeps a blog called A Lucky Orchid Wedding, which features many images of her more recent projects. Eye candy-licious!
