Jeanie Nelson Paper Nut Decorative Alphabet Print

Squee … omigosh, omigosh! I’m so excited to see that Jeanie Nelson of The Paper Nut has just announced that her brilliant ornamental alphabet is available as a print. It was love at first sight when I spotted this masterpiece a few months ago in its virtual form — the “H” that looks like a little gingerbread house, the “C” made of a mermaid and a cascading wave, the froggy on the “L”, the little koala hugging the “K” tree — I find something new to enjoy everytime I look.

The alphabet, which was inspired by ornamental Victorian typefaces, is available as an 18″ x26″ giclee print and is printed on acid-free, pH-neutral 100% cotton paper. The prints are currently available as a pre-order, and all orders placed now should arrive in about two weeks.

Letterpress Quilt Cards

I am absolutely loving these letterpress quilt cards from Krank Press. In addition to be being incredibly colorful (each letterpress printed card has five colors!), each of the four cards in the collection features a fantastic, quilt-inspired pattern, making the set a great gift idea for friends who are quilters. I think they’d also look wonderful framed and hung as wall art. You can purchase single cards or the full set of four. Patterns include (below, from top to bottom): Bento Box, Spool, Hexagonal, and Pendant.

I’m happy to welcome Worldlabel.com as the newest advertiser on Paper Crave! Blank labels are a great thing to have on hand for all sorts of creations, and you can use them to make everything from custom address labels for any type of card and package you have to labels for favors, place cards, jars, and sticker gift tags. Worldlabel.com has a number of different sizes available in a variety of styles and colors for inkjet and laser printers. My favorites are the full sheet labels — I always keep a stack of these on hand because I can use them for lots of different projects.
