If I wasn’t already a huge fan of all things foil stamped, then these recipe cards from Yellow Owl Workshop would certainly have turned me into one. I’m always jazzed when I see paper goods that appeal to the food lover in me, and the foil stamping is the cherry on top. Available in three colors and designs – Copper Kitchen Tools, Gold Festive, and Silver Food -these recipe cards would make such great gifts for cooks, and they’d make great housewarming gifts, too.

Is it really only about a month until Valentine’s Day? Those holidays, they’ll really sneak up on you if you’re not paying attention! Thankfully, I’ve been noticing all of the hearts and cupids popping up in my feed reader and in stationery shops across the web, so I’m all set to start sharing some of my favorite Valentine’s Day card designs. Geeky Neon Heart Cards

My love of neon is already well established, so you know that I’m totally geeking out over these laser-cut neon heart cards by Sarah Holbrook. The set shown above features three different designs – the pixel-pusher, tetronimo heaven, and hot circuit love – and these cards are just the thing for geeky valentines or for showing your appreciation for geektastic friends and colleagues.

Weekly Wrap #101 : Gift Wrap Challenge

I spotted Martha Stewart’s Gift Wrap Challenge back in December but didn’t get the chance to share all of these great gift wrap ideas with you before the holiday break. Entries in the challenge included ideas from Something’s Hiding In Here, Shimtokk, Creature Comforts, and Hello Sandwich, and any of these super cool wrapping ideas can be used for the holiday packages or transformed to fit any other gift-centric occasion.
