From the Shop Friday : Valentine’s Day Craft Punches

This week, I added a bunch of new Valentine’s Day paper craft punches from the Martha Stewart Crafts line, and there are many pretty and versatile designs in this group. My favorite has to be the heart keys punch – so sweet.

I’m also intrigued by the punch all over the page designs. Has anyone tried one of these types of punches, from the Martha Stewart line or another brand? They look pretty neat, but I wonder if they’re as easy to use as they look?

I have used these punches, they are very easy to use. My only warning, do not try to use them on very heavy card stock.

They work really well. The base and the punch are separate pieces. There are magnets on all four corners and they will only line up the correct way for the punch to work due to the polarity of the magnets. The reason I bought one so to make punches in specific areas of the paper for making cards with windows for photos. I don’t know how easy it will be to get it in exactly the right spot.

Thanks for the info, LisaT and A! I think that I’ll have to give one a try because I like the idea of being able to make window cards or die cut areas more toward the center of a sheet of paper.
