Custom Handmade Diary by Serena Olivieri

I first discovered Serena Oliveri’s work via a feature over on Design*Sponge and was instantly struck by all of the amazing details that she incorporates into her handmade diaries, agendas, and notebooks. I’m excited to be able to share one of her most recent custom projects, a diary created as a birthday gift for a client in Dublin.

The A6 size diary was made for the client’s friend, who loves birds, nature, and bright colors and features vividly colored, patterned paper (from the Danish shop, Tiger) on the covers, blank pages for writing, six hand drawn ink illustrations on vegetal paper, a pop up, and a pocket in the back with additional paper for writing. The first and last four pages in the diary are fashioned as a photo album, with photo corners to hold personal pictures. What an amazing birthday gift!
