Stationery Show Sneak Peek : Let {Her} Press

My final stationery show sneak peek comes from two of the fabulous shops exhibiting under the oh so clever moniker, Let {her} Press (Booth #1555-1557). First up is Paper Stories, whose new line includes both flat printed and letterpress printed collections. The Cityscape collection is a flat printed menagerie of colorful representations of famous cityscapes from around the world, and their new letterpress collections include clever origami and playful “shadows” greeting cards. Trendspotting : Navy Blue + Pink

Navy blue has been one of my color obsessions for the past year or so, and I was (and still am — just look at the color palette on this site) a big fan of the navy blue + hot pink/fuchsia color trend that’s been going on in cards and invitations, but I think that I may have spotted an upcoming color trend that has me just as, if not more, excited: navy blue + pink!

Here are a just a few of the navy blue + pink pretties that I’ve been spotting around the papersphere, and I do hope that I’ll be spotting many more in the upcoming months, because I love this color combo.

Zed & Bee Invitation Boutique

Zed & Bee Invitations

I’m always jazzed to be introduced to new stationery and invitation boutiques, and I was absolutely delighted when sisters Zoe Ritch and Billie Shennen contacted me to let me know about their completely swoonworthy new collaboration, Zed & Bee.

Based in Leichhardt, a western suburb of Sydney, Australia, Zed & Bee specializes in exquisite invitations and announcements for weddings and social occasions, and sisters Zoe & Billie will soon be launching their 2010 stationery collection, as well. Until then, I’m drooling over their bespoke lovelies, which include a wedding suite featuring a jawdropping Jewish paper cut by Made by Julene (top), a black on black creation featuring a black wax sealed envelope that I can’t stop staring at (above), and candy colored save the dates and wedding invitations with gorgeous patterns.

Barocca Monograms and Nelly Frames from Tart Workshop / Crystal Kluge

It always makes my day to hear about new fonts and goodies from Crystal Kluge of Tart Workshop. I was certainly stoked this time around when she let me know that she has not one, but two, fantastic new additions to her ever growing menagerie of beautiful fonts, which includes Nelly Script, Nelly Script Flourish, Carrotflower, and more. I think I know of two fonts that you’ll be seeing soon in the Fontly Five!
