Sixpenny Press Letterpress Cards

Striped Letterpress Cards

These letterpress cards by Sixpenny Press exemplify the fact that beauty is often found in simplicity. I love that they’ve taken a simple striped pattern and made it say “hey, look at me!” by scaling it up and using bold, solid colors to give the design big impact.

And check out this set of modern circle patterned cards from Sixpenny, too. Again, big impact with a combination of clean, modern pattern and bold color. Love it!

Wild Ink Press Patterned Cards

Wild Ink Press

I was really excited to see that Wild Ink Press recently launched their very own shop! Now, you can find their lovely letterpress cards and invitations in both their Etsy shop and in their new shop, which looks fantastic.

Check out these gorgeously textured and patterned cards from Wild Ink’s “My Sons” series, a tribute to Rebekah’s two beautiful children, adopted from Korea and Pakistan. The four hand-drawn designs were inspired by the two countries, and 20% of the profits from the sale of these cards goes to international orphan care.

Letterpress Cards by Wildhorse Press

Letterpress Cards

I’ve been doing just a leetle bit of shop-stalking since I featured a pre-Stationery Show sneak peek of Wildhorse Press’ line of letterpress goodies back in May, and I’m so excited to see that their online shop is now open! Wildhorse’s lineup of colorful, hand drawn and hand lettered cards are so much fun, and I think it’s a great thing that you can now go forth and pick up some of their awesome cards to add to your stationery stash. Be sure to check out the list of brick and mortar shops that carry their line, too. There might be some Wildhorse Press goodness right in your neighborhood.

Will You Be My Bridesmaid Cards

It used to be somewhat difficult to find a nicely designed “Will You Be My Bridesmaid” card, but that’s changing thanks to stationers who are adding beautiful bridesmaid and maid of honor cards to their collections. Here are some of the super lovely designs that I’ve come across recently (I’m just featuring bridesmaid cards today, but many of these shops also have designers for the maid of honor):

Egg Press + Angela Adams

I remember seeing peeks of the letterpress card collection from Egg Press + Angela Adams during the post-National Stationery Show coverage back in May, and I finally popped over to the Egg Press site last week to have a look at the entire collection, which includes cards for many different occasions. Such fantastic color and pattern going on in these paper pretties:
