Embroidered Cards by Koto Designs

It was love at first sight when I spotted these gorgeous, embroidered holiday cards by Koto Designs. The unique cards feature modern, geometric holiday icons – snowflakes, stars, Christmas trees – embroidered with metallic thread on both white and kraft stock, and the cards would also look great framed as wall art.

Koto also offers some fantastic non-holiday embroidered cards, as well as larger scale designs and embroidered notebooks.

A Letterpress Christmas 2012 : Snowflakes by Studio SloMo

I’ve been fascinated with snowflakes since I was a child so, naturally, this set of lovely letterpress snowflake cards by Studio SloMo immediately caught my eye. Each card features a different crystalline structure in icy teal, blue, and lavender inks, and the set would make a great gift idea, in addition to being a wonderful choice for any winter holiday greeting.
