Pinball Publishing Blind Embossed Card

Rachel from Benign Objects, whose lovely self-mailers I featured earlier this week, gave me a heads up about these gorgeous blind embossed cards (thanks, Rachel!), made for Duchess Clothier by Pinball Publishing, whose blog, CoinOp, is truly a feast for the eyes. But those cards — the detail, the texture — well, I may actually have to describe it as delectable. I only wish that I could reach through the screen and have the tactile experience that one can only get in person with letterpressed and embossed cards. Just thinking about it makes me swoon.

New Card Designs from Smock Paper

Are you ready for some delectable eye candy this morning? Smock sent along some of their newest letterpress greeting card designs, which made their debut at the National Stationery Show, and I’m just loving the illustrations and colorways:

Tallu-lah Cards

I’m really enjoying the line from a new to me letterpress shop called Tallu-lah Cards. The line was started by Danielle Spinetta-Piche and originally focused on cards for your wedding day, but since launching the line Danielle has expanded to include letterpressed greeting cards for all sorts of occasions.

Tallu-lah Cards

I’m loving the classic illustrative and calligraphic elements, and Tallu-lah’s line of cards for your wedding day includes greeting cards for ring bearers, mothers-in-law, bridesmaids, grandparents, flower girls, and ushers.

You can purchase selections from the line at Tallu-lah’s Etsy shop.

9Spotmonk Color In Cards and Placemats

The new letterpress color in greeting cards and placemats by 9Spotmonk were another NSS item that instantly caught my eye. I always look forward to getting greeting cards from my niece because she includes her own special artwork in the interior of the card, and these new Color In Cards will allow children to express and create on the exterior of the cards, too!

9Spotmonk also has letterpress printed Color In Placemats, and I can’t help but want some of these for myself. The placemats are made from 100% eco-friendly materials and come in two designs. I think that they would be perfect for kids’ birthday parties, or you could use them to add a special touch to dinner at home or in a restaurant.

Paper Medium

Paper Medium Greeting Cards

I was first introduced to Paper Medium recently when I was gathering information for the “National Stationery Show Perspectives” series. Their NSS booth really caught my eye, and I had to find out more. I’m completely taken with the whimsical characters that decorate their cards and calendars, as well as the happiness and positivity that drives Paper Medium’s founders and shines through in their collection.

See the entire greeting card collection at their website, and check out more adorable eye candy below:
