Impress Halloween Rubber Stamps

Break out the stamp pads, embossing powder, and glitter because Impress Rubber Stamps has some great stamps for Halloween! Valerydesignwrks 2009 Wall Calendar

I’m loving the 2009 wall calendar from Valérydesignwrks. The super cute illustrations and bright colors, courtesy of illustrator Valéry Goulet, will have you waiting in anticipation to turn the page to the next month.

Matthew Mead Halloween Tricks and Treats

I was standing in line at the grocery store last week, wondering how many more things the person in front of me was going to pile onto the conveyor belt, when I caught something out of the corner of my eye. That something was entertaining and style guru Matthew Mead’s new book, filled with lots of Halloween goodies.

Halloween Tricks and Treats seems to be slightly weighted toward foodcraft; however, there are plenty of paper crafts contained within its pages. And I have to admit that, even if I didn’t love to cook and craft, I’d probably still covet the book just for the impeccably styled images. Hello, eye candy!

Matthew has generously posted most, if not all, of the templates from the book on his website. Yay! Some of my favorites include the vintage inspired decorations, treat boxes, and the owl garland. Download the templates and check out more images from the book at his website, and pick up the book to be completely inspired for the holiday. Oh, and thanks to Matthew for making my grocery line wait pleasurable for once!

Under The Stair Studios Paper Goods

These paper circuses from UK’s Under The Stair Studios are just darling. Each circus represents a different special occasion, from birthday to wedding, and has a free spinning disk with four individual designs that you can turn by holding the sweet little flag on top. What wonderful, unique gifts these would make! Believe it or not, each circus is hand cut and assembled by Under The Stair’s proprietress Kat, who also designed and illustrated the circuses. I’m loving the whimsical illustrations, which make me want to go and read my collection of Beatrix Potter books.
