It’s silver. It’s kraft. It’s both! This reversible gift wrap from CB2 combines a metallic and kraft, two of the big trends this holiday season (more on that later), and you can use the wrapping paper to create an endless array of pretty packages. Use one side, use the other, or mix and match for a high contrast look that’s a modern take on classic black and white.

The chalkboard look has been one of the hottest stationery trends of 2012, and I’m completely enamored with so many of the chalkboard-inspired holiday card and invitation designs that have been popping up over the past month.

This is a trend that only seems to be gaining momentum, so be on the lookout for even more chalky, holiday-themed designs throughout the season. Combined with beautiful typography and/or hand-lettering, this is a look that’s a definite attention getter.
