Trendspotting : Unicorns & Rainbows

In the realm of mythical creatures, unicorns have always been tops on my list. I mean, the Yeti and the Loch Ness Monster are great and all, but will either of them ever have a rainbow-colored mane? I think not.

So, it’s no surprise that my not-so-inner child is totally jazzed to see unicorns popping up on everything from greeting cards to notebooks to photopolymer stamps, especially because they’re often accompanied by rainbows, which in my opinion are the best unicorn accessories ever. I do love me some rainbows.

Here’s just a taste of the unicorn-themed paper goodies that have caught my eye recently, and I will most certainly be looking forward to seeing what sorts of unicorn-y goodness pops up in the coming months.

Watercolor Pattern Notebooks by Sonia Cavallini

Watercolor Pattern Notebooks by Sonia Cavallini (A6 Size)

Mother Nature finally seems to be allowing us some beautiful, warm weather days here and there, which has me feeling energized and looking forward to the late spring and summer months to come, and these wonderful notebooks by Sonia Cavallini evoke the same warm weather yearnings.

Each A6 size notebook features a print of one of Sonia’s original watercolor patterns, with covers that feature everything from ice cream cones to pineapples, florals, and cute little crabs skittering across the paper. These sweet notebooks would be perfect for tucking into a purse or messenger bag, and they would also make great gifts for paper lovin’ friends and family!
