I spotted these wedding invitations over at iDiY and instantly fell in love. The best part? These invites are a DIY project! The unique invitation wheels are made from two circles of recycled, diecut chipboard and are letterpressed to look like “an old planting wheel with redwood rings on it.”

How did you cut the circular shape out to be just perfect? I’ve purchased a circle cutter, but it still isn’t cutting perfectly along the lines, I’ve also checked with a number of priting companies and they’ve said they do not have a die cut to fit this size circle. Any advice anyone could give would be great! Thank you!
Kate – I think that they probably had a custom die cut made and used a die-cutting machine to get clean, uniform circles. I’m not sure how easy it will be to get something as uniform using a circle cutter or something similar, but hopefully someone will chime in with some advice.
