Dani Kreeft is the maker behind Vancouver-based dani press and has created a wonderful line of “stationery with a story”, taking stacks of her own travel photography from places like South Africa, Panama, New Zealand, and France, pairing them with typewriter text, and giving the greetings and postcards an overall warm, nostalgic aesthetic that’s both comforting and uplifting.
In addition, Dani recently launched “We Love Letters”, an Indiegogo campaign, with the goal of having her stationery line in one store in each of the 50 states in the U.S. and each of the 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada by the end of next year. 10% of dani press profits are donated to These Numbers Have Faces, a non-profit organization that provides leadership loans to over 300 university students in impoverished communities in Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
