Tutta Lou Letterpress

Well, hello there, navy and magenta! I’m loving these Modern Floral letterpress cards from Seattle area letterpress shop, Tutta Lou Press. The cards feature an intricate, Hindi inspired floral print that has been pressed onto both the note cards and fantastic magenta envelopes, which are tucked into a muslin bag that echos the floral motif.

Tutta Lou has plenty of other super cool paper goodies, including BBQ invitations that would be great for summer shindigs, modern patterned cards, an oh so pretty, blind debossed heart and key card, and peacock labels that all of you peacock lovers must see.

Threefold Collective Wishbone Cards

Making a wish on the wishbone of the Thanksgiving turkey was always a yearly tradition for my sister and me; however, we always had to wait until we were at my grandparents’ house at Christmas to actually do the wishing because the wishbone needed to dry before we could use it. This completely clever, pre-perforated One for You, One for Me card from Threefold Collective takes away all of the wishbone waiting time, and it’s a great option for vegetarians and vegans, too!

New Advertiser : Starshaped Press

Good Monday morning! I’m starting off the week by welcoming a fabulous new Paper Crave advertiser, Starshaped Press. Starshaped Press is a Chicago based studio that creates beautiful letterpress wedding invites, business and calling cards, announcements, packaging, greeting cards … well, they do a bit of everything, and it’s all beautiful.

Jen and Sara, the oh so creative ladies behind Starshaped, use antique metal and wood type into every project that they print, setting the type by hand (wow!) and incorporating linoleum cut or architectural illustrations that they draw themselves.
