I’m always looking for images to inspire, and I was so jazzed to come across the work of Salt Lake City based graphic designer and illustrator, Valerie Jar. I just love the way that she put together her leave behind portfolio (pictured above). Oh, and she has an Etsy shop, too!

New Website from Snow & Graham

Eco Friendly Paper : The Green Line from Cake + Milk Paperie

Wonderfully colorful line illustrations decorate the imprintable stationery from Cake + Milk Paperie’s new eco-friendly line, a.k.a. “The Green Line”. Print your own personalized invitations, announcements, and stationery using the imprintables, which are printed on recycled, cover weight kraft paper.

Also featured in “The Green Line” are gocco handprinted moleskine journals, scented flats (neato!), and moneyholders.

Love, Elsie Forrest Collection

Get a feel for the great outdoors with Love, Elsie’s Forrest collection from Ki Memories. The inspiring designs, which feature acorns, trees, leaves, and other woodsy items, make me want to take a walk in the local park and roast marshmallows over a campfire. Well, I don’t think they’d like me setting a fire in the local park, but you know what I mean.

Egg Press 2009 Calendars

Egg Press has created not one, but two, calendars for 2009. They have a gorgeous and sophisticated letterpress calendar (excerpts shown above), featuring textures and patterns with pops and hints of color against a chic white backdrop. And they’ve also released a swoonworthy offset printed calendar, containing fantastic, colorful patterns and illustrations. The most difficult thing will be choosing which one to buy.
