Making Memories Spook Alley Collection

I’m so excited to see all of this year’s cool new Halloween themed scrapbooking collections. I always love to see what new things — color palettes, design styles, illustrations — companies, both large and independent, are trying.

Making Memories’ Spook Alley collection caught my eye with the fuchsia that is woven into the palette of oranges and grays. I also like the corresponding Halloween stamps and neato vinyl tapes (bottom) in the collection:

Making Memories Just Chillin’ Collection

Making Memories Just Chillin'

I’m really digging the papers from Making Memories’ Just Chillin’ scrapbooking collection. Patterns in the collection feature several trendy elements, including damask, silhouettes, a bit of grunge, and wood grain. No surprise, the wood grain papers are what drew me in!

The collection is carried at Two Peas in a Bucket who, no joke, are having a one day sale today for 20% off ALL regular priced items in their shop. I love it when my timing works out well! No coupon is needed, and this is a great chance to stock up on all of those papers and elements that have been on your wishlist.

Making Memories Tag Curler Tool

Making Memories Tag Curler

I’m quite intrigued by this nifty tag curling tool from Making Memories. It curls cute little pre-made metal tags around your ribbon and is perfect for embellishing ribbon on gifts, cards, and invitations. Making Memories has a visual step-by-step so you can see how the tool works, and you can find it at a variety of online scrapbooking stores. What will they think of next?
