There’s so much sweetness to be found in the new collection, and I instantly gravitated toward the menagerie of cutie patootie animal-themed designs. Sweet Making and Baking-Inspired Baby Shower Invitations

It’s been a while since I featured custom invitations over here, but this sweet baby shower invitation suite by April Nemeth of Little Korboose was just too darling to resist. The design was inspired by the mama-to-be’s love of making and baking, and the suite features wonderful details, including a clever, recipe card-inspired invitation, cute polka dot “It’s a Girl!” die cut tags, hand lettering (“Sophia”, “Recipe”, and “Notes”), and a custom, faux newspaper article and personalized crossword puzzle inspired by the event.

I also love that the favors, which included apple cider and all natural soy candles, were locally made and featured custom packaging, also designed by Little Korboose. Here’s more darling eye candy from this sweet shower:

I’m really digging these Birds and Bees letterpress baby shower invitations from Mr. Letter’s Press. They’re a cross between a dot matrix printout, a pointillist painting, and a cross stitch and would be the perfect invite for a modern baby shower. I’m loving pretty much everything from Boston based Two Trick Pony. Their line includes cards and invitations featuring lovely color palettes (are we calling them colorways now?) and both bold, modern patterns and cute illustrations.

Two Trick Pony’s paper goods are screenprinted on 100% post-consumer waste recycled paper and include everything from all occasion notecards to thank yous to baby shower invites to holiday greetings (you have to check out their Christmas cards below…love the blue and red!).
