I’ve seen Three Potato Four’s modern milk bottle carafes featured on a number of design blogs lately (love them!), but I didn’t know that they also had so many pretty paper goods. In addition to carrying items from lines by Henry Road, Nantaka Joy, Serrote, and Night Owl Paper Goods, they also carry adorable imported Japanese sticker stamps (above), fun patterned gift tags (below), and cute birdhouse notecards (below).

Chinese New Year falls on February 7 this year, and Design Night is celebrating the Year of the Rat, this year’s zodiac animal, with these limited edition, intricately laser cut gift envelopes. You can tuck a gift card or money into the envelopes, which are gifts in and of themselves. Who knew that a rat could be so pretty?

What could be more eco friendly than a card that you can plant when you’re done with it? Botanical Paperworks has taken the idea of recycling to the next level with their ingenius collection of plantable paper goods. The stylishly designed holiday cards, gift tags, and even a 2008 calendar are made from 100% recycled pulp and bloom into wildflowers after you plant them.

I’m digging these fresh, modern holiday card designs from Redbean. A must see collection for those with an eye for design. My favorites include (clockwise, from top left) Snowflakes, Robins, Reindeer, and Woods. $18.00 per set of 12 of a single design.
The cards are also printed using environmentally responsible inks, which makes them a great choice for those looking to shop “green” for the holidays.
Redbean also has an eye candy-licious collection of holiday gift tags. Alas, they’ve already sold out. But you can still look!
